V\u00fdrobn\u00ed procesy a postupy, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, jsou zalo\u017eeny na stejn\u00e9m z\u00e1kladu jako postupy ostatn\u00edch firem na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, ov\u0161em s t\u00edm rozd\u00edlem, \u017ee my vyr\u00e1b\u00edme uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 a grafitov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly bez pou\u017eit\u00ed s\u00edry. Vyvinuli jsme tak\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed technologick\u00fd postup grafitace. Na\u0161\u00ed metodou trv\u00e1 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed jedn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky materi\u00e1lu jen asi 12 a\u017e 18 hodin, na rozd\u00edl od Atchisonovy metody, kdy si grafitace stejn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky materi\u00e1lu vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 zhruba 3 a\u017e 6 t\u00fddn\u016f. D\u00edky rychl\u00e9 grafitaci je na\u0161e metoda efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u00faspory n\u00e1klad\u016f na materi\u00e1l a ty lze d\u00e1le p\u0159ed\u00e1vat na klienta.<\/p><p id=\"wnd_TextBlock_647034_inner_5\" data-wnd_is_separable=\"1\" data-wnd_separable_index=\"5\" data-wnd_separable_id=\"wnd_TextBlock_647034\">V\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj v oblasti v\u00fdroby a v\u00fdrobn\u00edch postup\u016f prob\u00edh\u00e1 ve firm\u011b i nad\u00e1le. Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je zajistit o\u010dek\u00e1vanou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdnosnost a zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed \u010dasu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho k v\u00fdrob\u011b uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch a grafitov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, ani\u017e bychom slevili z n\u00e1rok\u016f na kvalitu v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/p><p id=\"wnd_TextBlock_647034_inner_6\" data-wnd_is_separable=\"1\" data-wnd_separable_index=\"6\" data-wnd_separable_id=\"wnd_TextBlock_647034\">M\u00e1me vlastn\u00ed syst\u00e9m vakuotlakov\u00e9 impregnace VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation), jen\u017e n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje impregnovat uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 a grafitov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly pomoc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch tekut\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel, prysky\u0159ic, stear\u00e1t\u016f, vosk\u016f a sm\u016fly.<\/p><p id=\"wnd_TextBlock_647034_inner_7\" data-wnd_is_separable=\"1\" data-wnd_separable_index=\"7\" data-wnd_separable_id=\"wnd_TextBlock_647034\">Ve vlastn\u00ed laborato\u0159i prov\u00e1d\u00edme anal\u00fdzu uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch a grafitov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, posuzujeme, zda dosahuj\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed vzork\u016f, a kontrolujeme, zda se v nich nevyskytuj\u00ed z\u00e1vady.
